I've made my purchase what happens now?
Once you have made your purchase simply send me the photo (the clearer the better) you would like me to work from, via email or post.
Once received I will start work on your portrait and keep you informed through out the entire process.
When the portrait is finished I will email you a proof for you to approve, when I am sure you are happy with completed piece I will attach the mount and send it to you via recorded delivery in a board back envelope.
Can I send more then one photo?
If you have a few photos that you like and can not chose between them feel free to send them all to me and I will chose which one I think will be the best to work from.
How long will it be before I receive my portrait?
I aim to complete and have your order with you within 2 weeks, although it is often be sooner then this depending on the size of your order.
If you are wanting the portrait for a certain date please do let me know and I will do my very best to meet your requirements.
Do you sign your work?
Yes I do like to sign all my work but if you'd prefer I can sign the back of the portrait instead of the front so that it can not be seen.

Do you post worldwide?
Yes I do post worldwide put postage prices are alittle higher so please contact me before purchasing to get the correct postage price for your country.
Payment Options.
Paypal is my preferred payment as it is the safest and fastest for both myself and my customers, but if this is unavailable customers are more then welcome to send a cheque (payable to Susan Moore) or cash (recorded delivery is advised). To send your payment via the post please contact me my mailing details.
